The guys are rude. The food was ok but never again with that horrible customer service

April 2020, website menu is wrong... Good food- good phone service. Fries.. good and tasty. Just wished they updated the menu and prices.

Iconic burger joint in the valley. They are best known for their French fries which are heavily seasoned. The burgers are ok, they do taste fresh. I keep coming back for the fries! The portion of the fries are huge. The reason I'm not leaving 4 or 5 starts is because of the price. It's probably cheaper to eat at Denny's. Also, the biggest complaint are their drinks. They are pretty small and a refill is a dollar! And remember the cups are tiny.

The fries are the best part. The burgers are pretty good too. I also ordered a Caesar salad but it came with reach dressing instead of caesar. I didn't like that part

An iconic Valley burger joint. I've been coming to Daglas since I was a kid. The food here is fantastic. Veggies are always fresh, and all the meats are perfectly seasoned and cooked. You have to try the fries! A large order of fries is more than enough for three people. This place is worth a drive, and you can alway call ahead to place your order.

Best fries EVER! Hadn't been here in 16 years, but nothing has changed - quality, portions, everything is still amazing.

A small little obscure hamburger place off the freeway, wouldn't have known about it if it wasn't recommended by a friend. It's been here over 40 years and the hype did not disappoint. The double bacon cheeseburger was hot, fresh and delicious. If you're a fan of fries, & who isn't, u get more than enough for just 1 order. For some nostalgia and a piece of history stop by and treat yourself to some great food.

What a great lunch. the amount of food put me in a comma. but man was it good. burger had a unique taste to it and the fries where just right. def a new neighborhood favorite

I have loved this place for years now! The fries are very well seasoned and taste amazing! The burgers are also very good and taste homemade. Everything is prepared fresh and tastes great!

As always the best fries in the Valley and awesome customer service, milk shakes to good to pass up, the crew made me and my son feel right at home, been a while since I have stopped in for a great meal, but the quality never changes.Be back soon and looking forward to it...

My first time here and I love the food great place to eat a good old fashion burger and don't get me started on the fries.

I remember this place not charging for refills and giving out larger portion drinks and fries. New owner after new owner causing worse deals. Cmon Daglas

This place was all it was hyped up to be. I had a double cheeseburger with fries. Oh did I say fries? I mean I could have made a meal alone on the amount of fries they gave me. Plus they were delicious. Cooked perfect. So was the cheeseburger and gyro. I highly recommend going and paying them a visit.

Been coming to this place for almost 20 years. Their quality hasn't change over time. Tasty burgers and oh man their seasoned fries is what I keep coming back.. Pastrami sandwiches are also veey good. Daglas is not just anorher burgers joint but a timeless piece of history in the valley.

In a world that is rapidly changing, sometimes it's good to enjoy something that never does. I remember when I was a young gentleman and cavorting with my fellows after a long day of amusements we would need to dine in a fine establishment. Daglas was always that fine establishment. From the arcades which proudly displayed "illegal to operate outside of Japan" to the snobbish cat painted on the wall this establishment carries an air of utter sophistication. But you're not here to read about the atmosphere. Let's discuss the food. I've always ate the same thing. The cheese burger. And this is one of the freshest most delicious hamburger spot you can find. And the best thing is that it never changes. Even when my fellow comes to town we go down to Daglas to relive our youthful revelries.

This place has awesome food (THE FRIES!!!!) and awesome service! It's been here forever but I never get tired of it!

Food is okay, nothing crazy. Chili fries are disgusting though. Don't get those.

I this place GREAT BURGERS. I get the bacon avocado burger. Lots of tasty fry's. My son loves the corn dogs. I come here whenever I feel like having a tasteful big burger.

This place has great food but my last transaction was a bit shady. I was charged a different amount on my card from what my receipt said. When I noticed the price difference and informed the cashier of the mistake she immediately gave me my money back but did t even bother to verify what I was saying. Almost as if she knew what she had done. Be weary of what you are charged and what you pay.

The customer service is constantly swift, great vibes, super friendly employees. I will visit here again when I am here.

Large chili-cheese fries with heavily grilled onions are absolutely the best 9 bucks spent on the fast food. Too much for two, just right for three, for four - you will want to add the all-beef burrito for another ten bucks.

If you are craving an classic burger and old school fries this is the spot. They have a lot of other food options as well. You're better off ordering a combo, I felt ripped off not getting a drink and paying more than a combo but I really didnt want a drink lol. But I did get a lot of fries so it was still worth it!

Was booked into the Best Western Hotel at the same intersection and when asked what was good to eat around the area, the gentleman at the front desk went through all the options (ALOT) and skimmed over this place as being very popular but not sure what they serve. I looked it up and saw the reviews so we went for it. According to their website they have been there for 40+years, and wow were we surprised at how good this place was. The steak tacos were to die for, the chicken had no flavor which was weird considering everything else tasted AMAZING. The fries were truly WORLD FAMOUS as the menu states, and you can definitely make a meal out just the fries alone. The chili cheese dog was interesting in that it has sauerkraut, mustard and then chili on top of that. A weird combination that I have never seen before but it does work! And the patty melt was the bomb diggity as well! I just hope we get another job in this area of the U.S. just so i can have a reason to go eat here again!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Best fries in the valley. Extremely good burgers as well. The milkshakes are incredible too! The indoor eating area is clean and comfortable and the staff is super friendly! One of my favorite burger joints in the west valley!

Food is cooked fresh and flavorful! I enjoy the pastrami sandwich, it has a lot of meat which I find rare to find with other pastrami sandwiches in the area.The Fries are seasoned to perfection and always hits the spot.A great place to go to if you're into just old-fashioned burger and fries joints!

They have the best pastrami combo, fries or onion rings. For me the rings. And they have a full menu, all terrific foods. I highly reccommed.

It was a good hamburger joint at $7/$8 but I really don't understand how they get away with charging $11/15. Also, to charge a dollar if you want ranch with your chicken nuggets is ridiculous.

I have been eating here for years and would not stop. The food and service are great and it's always clean. There's a spot to sit which is cozy both inside and out depending on your mood.

Don't know why it's called "Drive-In" when you have to drive around the corner to find parking.But, great food, had the massive pastrami to go. Made two good sized meals. Get the fries too and either you love fries or are feeding a small family.

They serve big dishes and for fair rates. very welcoming owner. Keep it up.

Order the pastrami burger with fries. You will not regret it. That burger and their fries are both absolutely amazing. One of the valley’s true gems. There’s even a locally iconic wall mural that says “the Valley” on it in the parking lot! (Shared with Cupid’s). Pastrami burger and fries!

You haven't had fries with ranch till you've had it there. I swear nothing beats their fries and ranch. Get the pastrami with them and you will be in heaven. Definitely the valley's best!!!

Are you really questioning this place well , your missing out cheeseburger smaking, add extras bacon mushrooms etc, pastrami , chicken sandwiches, have a meal that they enjoy in heaven DAGLAS Thank you , I know whst biggie was talking about when he wrote his album I'm ready to die after this food you're ready to die is so delicious.THIS DINNER IS NOT AVERAGE ENJOY .

Meh. Ordered pastrami sandwich. There is a lot meat thats for sure. But the bread is tiny, super soft and not crispy. “Meat to bread” factor is not balanced here. I can feel strong mustard aftertaste which is badThe portion is huge tho. But it costs $12I will try some burgers here next time but for now its not more than 3

Been coming here for years. Loved the combo #6. Now I'm vegetarian so I had stopped coming. BUT they have a veggie patty! So I am back and enjoying the food again. Man how I missed eating here. And the FRIES soooo Good! Definitely recommend eating here.
